Add Pay Pal as a payment method

I dont know how usual it is in the States to have a credit card, me and many others in Germany dont have these cards. Because of that it is in fact not possible for me to buy any course on the new platform, also because i dont have a Klarna account and this payment method only seems to be available for people in the States.
