Vienna 2. ... Nc6 3. Bc4 Bb4 Variations

I have been seeing a lot of this variation in the Vienna (1. e4 e5 2. Nc3 Nc6 3. Bc4 Bb4) and have been playing Qg4 as a response but thought you may have some better insight into those positions.
