Remove Need to Click 'Log In' After Viewing Privacy Policy / Terms of Use

As a logged in user, when I navigate to Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, the banner at the top treats me as not logged in, until I click log in. This is a little bit confusing if I click on the logo, or Courses, expecting it to take me to my Dashboard.
A simple solution to this would be make the banner just have 'Dashboard' for logged in users, and make that (and the chessly logo), go to the users Dashboard.
This is super nitty - and not an issue, just trying to give feedback to make the UX more clean!
